Engineering Team BLM's mould design engineers all have more than 10 years' experience, and can accurately pinpoint our customer's design intent. We use advanced software, including UGNX6.0, Proe5.0, SolidWorks2013, Moldflow2012, AutoCAD2011 and PowerMIll, which is controlled by a progressive management system. Prior to mould development, our engineers and tooling experts will assist customers with technical guidance in order to minimize problems during the subsequent production process. Our support includes mould flow and feasibility analysis as well as advice to ensure complete accuracy of drawings, which in turn help prevent problems occurring once the production process is in motion.

Project Mangement:
Before any tooling program can commence, we subject the project and its processes to rigorous analysis and virtual testing. Many projects require substantial tweaking before they can be launched, and with our expertise at both design and tooling, we can guarantee that our customer's project is in safe and capable hands. We support our customer from the start of the project with mould flow analysis as well as sound advice on both tool and product design. Of course we maintain constant communication during both the tooling and testing process to ensure our customer is fully up to speed at all times.
DFM REPORT:
We have decades of experience in both design and trouble-shooting, and have long since realized that composition of the DFM report requires a proactive approach. Therefore, we move aggressively to ensure a complete design is prepared within the shortest time possible. Communication with the customer is essential during this critical phase, and we have staff who can be reached around the clock to prevent any loss of time.
The success of a tooling project hinges on three primary factors: that parts produced are in full compliance with specifications, as well as quality and timely delivery of the mould. Although that may sound simple, tool makers will know that all projects present challenges that require attention, with little margin for error. At Bloom Mould we are fully aware of the many pitfalls, and we always aim to eliminate as many issues as possible during the earliest phase of the project when we compose our DFM report.
PROCESS REPORTING:
Once a tooling project is in motion, we will provide weekly schedule updates, and our customer will always be 100% aware exactly how the project is progressing. We have built hundreds of moulds over the course of our company's history and understand the importance of keeping our customer up to speed on all developments and will keep in constant contact so we can quickly decide which measures to take, in the event we run into unforeseen challenges during any phase of a given project.
When all tooling is finished and the preliminary T0 trial concluded, we will immediately report our findings to the customer along with any suggestions we may have for corrective procedures, if so required. Subsequent tests will be run in full accordance with instructions, to ensure parts match perfectly with drawings.

INJECTION MOULDING PARTS:
In addition to mould design & manufacture, we also provide part moulding and assembly services. Our machine park includes 13 Chengsong and Haitian injection machines, with a capacity of 200 to 450 ton, i.e., the primary range of tonnage used for mould testing and mass part production. Over the past one and a half decade, we have acquired vast experience in manufacturing auto components, including, lamps, fenders, dash boards etc. and our long term partners include Ford, Toyota and BMW etc. Moulding Materials available: PC, PP, PVC, PA, PA66, PBT, PMMA, POM, PS, PPR, PVC, PP+GF, PP+GF, ABS, ABS+PC, ABS+PMMA, PA66+GF, etc. In addition, we will also be able to process any material required or provided by our customer.

MOULDING ADVANTAGE AND NEW CONCEPTS
Bloom has been specializing in the manufacture of precision moulds, since the company's inception in 2003. We are capable of building both 101, 102, 103 and 104 class tools and are entirely competent at all mould types, incl. stack, family, single and multi-cav, as well as 2-shot moulds, etc. Our wide range of experience also covers compensated tooling, and we are capable of fulfilling the highest quality and close tolerance requirements. While Bloom Mould is considered an expert in the manufacture of precision moulds, we also excel at making new concept moulds, a field in which we have been engaging in since 2011, where our staff made its' first forays into the design and manufacture of New Concept Moulds. The design philosophy for New Concept Moulds dictates that the mould structure is designed with easy assembly and disassembly as primary concerns. We simplify the mould structure and processing, which in turn lowers tooling costs and also greatly improves the effect of both moulds and products (such as avoiding flash and improving shrinkage issues). This kind of design applies to large size moulds, and can reduce mould size, so as to further reduce costs, as production can be performed in lower tonnage machines.

1. Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?

3. What is your terms of payment?
The quotation shall be valid within 30 days counting from the issuing date.Final Prices are subject to change due to any drawings variation;
Payment terms for moulds: T/T, 40% Deposit along with P.O. , Mid Term (T1) 30% , Final Term (Upon Approval Before Shipping) 30%;
Payment terms for moulded parts: T/T, 35% Deposit along with P.O. , Final Term (Upon Approval Before Shipping): 65%;
If no designated plastic materials by clients our quotes would be based on common plastic materials rather than special engineering plastic materials;
4. Do you support OEM ?
Yes, we can produce by technical drawings or samples.
2D or 3D drawings should be provided, if any requisition to rework on files or drawing, there will be additional charges generated;
5. How about your delivery time?
Normal Lead time for moulds: 15-20 days for test moulds and 25-50 days for hardened mass production moulds, depending on part geometry complexity, cavity amount, etc., as well as customer interaction.
The lead time shall be counted from receiving final approved drawings, get first term payment, and mould 2D/3D design confirmation of the first trial samples;
6. The first trial shotting samples:
we would provide 10 pieces samples to our clients without any additional charges if no specific sample quantity requesting;
7. The updated drawings for moulds and moulded parts and the final Molding Test Report would be presented to clients with the moulds;
8. We would not launch ordering any mould steel before got final official approval to our submitted layout drawings from our clients;
